Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

You may request an exchange or refund in the following cases:

• The product was damaged or leaked during transit.
• You received an incorrect or missing product in your order.
• The product arrived unsealed, tampered with, or with significantly less volume than expected.

To process your request, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at [email address], along with:

1. Order number & invoice details
2. A clear description of the issue
3. Supporting images or videos, including:
   • Close-up of the damaged, leaked, or incorrect product
   • Batch details clearly visible on packaging
   • Unboxing video (for damaged or resealed packaging)

If the outer packaging appears tampered with or damaged upon delivery, we strongly advise you not to accept the package and immediately notify us with an unboxing video as proof.

Processing Time & Refunds

• Once we receive all necessary details, please allow 3 working days for our team to assess your claim.
• If approved, we will initiate an exchange or refund and provide an authorization number.
• For exchanges, we will arrange a reverse pickup, and once the returned product reaches our warehouse, we will dispatch your replacement within 24 hours.
• For refunds, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 10-15 business days, and you will receive an email confirmation.

Important Guidelines

• All returns must be in original packaging and accompanied by the original receipt.
• A document with your name, order number, and return details must be included in the return package.
• Please email an image of the return shipment (both inside and outside packaging) to our customer care team.
